BIOGRAPHY
DRAEDEN
Musically exploring the frontiers of the sci-fi and cyberpunk worlds, the Montreal-based Cinematic Bass producer Draeden is getting known for his blend of cinematic soundscapes and eclectic innovative bass drops. In his relatively short time on the scene, Draeden has been featured by some of the biggest names in EDM, including DJ Mag Germany, Spotify’s Rocktronic, EDM.com, EDMTunes, UKF Dubstep and Drop The Bassline to name just a few. He’s produced official remixes for 12th Planet, Flux Pavilion, Danny Olson & ILLENIUM and always delivers electrifying performances live. So far he’s released songs on Kannibalen Records, Ophelia Records, DIM MAK Records, Circus Records, Lost In Dreams and more.
His passion for music was born in the flames of rock and metal where he developed his passion for the heavier side of music. While immersing himself in that scene, Draeden was also listening to and creating works in hip-hop, pop, classical and more. After discovering dance music and dubstep around 2011, the producer decided to blend his eclectic tastes together. In the years that followed, the Draeden project was born.
On top of Draeden’s musical interests, he is fascinated by the sci-fi, video game and cyberpunk worlds. Exploring these frontiers both musically and visually is just what Draeden is here to do. By meticulously merging the cinematic with massive eclectic bass drops, Draeden is bringing a whole universe to life.
Draeden synced his songs "Dark Skies" & "Arbiter" in the VR FPS video game Pistol Whip by CloudHead Games.
Criss Angel added Draeden’s song “Monolith” in his MINDFREAK show in Las Vegas.
Draeden offers high tech, innovative and high quality 3D visuals like the recent shoot with Bullet Time effect he did in partnership with Eric Paré at XANGLE.
